Shipping policy

Please be aware of all shipping policies before placing order.

All items are shipped within 2 to 14 working days of initial order no matter which shipping method is chosen at checkout. Should items need to be sent later because of back order or unexpected reasons buyer will be contacted via email left at time of purchase. If no email is left it is then the responsibility of buyer to contact store owner at nick@thesilverartichoke.com to check on shipping dates. Policy applies to listed www.thesilverartichoke.com items only. Not special commissioned orders as they will have their own working time frame.

Should your package be lost or stolen while in the care of USPS or UPS, The Silver Artichoke cannot be liable. Once the package has left our studio and recorded as received at USPS or UPS you must contact shipping company for further details and next steps. A replacement by The Silver Artichoke will not be provided if lost, damaged, stolen or undeliverable by USPS or UPS.

If your package has been returned to sender at The Silver Artichoke because of wrong or insufficient address you must contact nick@thesilverartichoke.com to arrange and pay for additional shipping as package was undeliverable from the address you provided. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure proper addresses is provided and to contact store owner to resend shipment.



Returns

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact me directly at nick@thesilverartichoke.com
